The Bootlegger’s Legacy
Crafted in the tradition of those early vintners – we present the Bootlegger’s Norton – an exclusive selection bottled only once a year as a celebration of our heritage.
With robust aromas of dark cherry, currant, and truffle dried fruits like Missouri grown blackberries and purple raspberries, this medium bodied red features tannins of rich oak. Missouri has a long tradition as the largest producer of oak barrels in the world, and the Bootlegger’s Norton is thoughtfully aged in barrels made from white oak grown in the Ozark hills.
Those traditional winemaking practices have produced a sip straight out of the 1880s, shared with a true story of resilience and revival – the Bootlegger’s Norton.
